Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
• Use-case library access: name, company and business e-mail address, to give you access to the full library and follow up with relevant information. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in business-to-business communication. You can object to this at any time.
• Customers and suppliers: contact details of business contacts, to perform and manage our agreements. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes above, or as long as required by law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements, or when required by law. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Conditions of sale

All offers, quotes, orders, subscriptions and agreements with Ovinto are governed by Ovinto’s general terms and conditions of sale, which are provided with every quote and are available on request. They take precedence over any terms and conditions of the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

• Prices are stated in euro and exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• Offers and quotes are valid for the period stated in them.
• Subscriptions and licences run for the term agreed in the order or agreement.
• Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice.
